Last updated: September 26, 2026Roomcast ("we", "us") redesigns photos of your room with AI. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Photos you upload. Your room photo is sent to our servers and to our AI processing partner (fal.ai) to generate the redesign. Location data (EXIF) is removed on your device before upload. Originals and renders are stored in your account until you delete them (free accounts: 30 days).
- An anonymous account identifier (no name or email).
- Usage events (e.g. "render completed", style, room type) and technical logs.
- Purchase status via RevenueCat and Apple.
AI processing
Photos are processed by fal.ai to produce the redesigned image. We do not use your photos to train models.
Deletion
Delete a room in the app, or Settings → "Delete my data & account" to remove all photos, renders and your account from our servers.
Website pre-orders
This section covers our website (redesign-my-room.agistri.app) only, not the app. If you leave your email there, we store it together with your answers to the short quiz, the plan you pre-order (if you do), and ad-click details (such as the campaign name and Meta click identifiers). We use them to email you when Roomcast launches and, only if you tick the box, to send occasional product news. If you place a paid pre-order, the payment is handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record: you enter your payment details on Paddle's checkout, and we receive only the order details (email, plan, amount, country) — never your card. To measure our ads, the website uses the Meta Pixel (in Europe and Turkey only after you accept) and we send Meta a hashed, unreadable version of your email. Email tknappstudio@gmail.com to have your email and answers deleted.
