Roomcast is made and operated by TKN Studio. This policy covers everything you can buy for Roomcast.

Website pre-orders

Orders on redesign-my-room.agistri.app are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record.

Before launch: cancel at any time for a full refund, for any reason.
Renewals: subscriptions renew until you cancel at paddle.net; after cancelling you won't be billed again.
If Roomcast does not launch, every pre-order is refunded in full automatically — you don't need to ask.
After launch: ask within 14 days of your access starting for a full refund.
How to ask: email tknappstudio@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, or find your order at paddle.net. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Purchases made inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Failed renders are never charged.
